#Raqqa: IS adjusts its recent travel restriction as follows:
Women aged over 50, are alowed to travel outside IS territories if accompanied by a legal guardian (Muhram) only for health/illness reasons.
Women aged under 50 are never to be allowed to travel outside IS territories unless they are sick and have a permission issued by IS to assure they won’t be harassed
Young men born in 1990 are not allowed to travel outside IS territories, their military service papers to be torn if found
