ISIS fired four missiles today morning from Alheisha village/50/ KM south of Tel Abyad , the missiles were fired to the north and targeted the grain silos in ALsakhrat where there is a training camp for the clans army that is newly formed under the wing of Raqqa revolutionists brigade which was to be based on the graduation of the first batch of new fighters tomorrow .
