After Corruption, ISIS Establish a Censorship Office.

Abdalaziz Alhamza “RBSS”
One of Al Hosba staff responsibilities is collecting money of what ISIS calls Zakat in addition to taxes and royalties imposed by the terrorist group.
ISIS imposed, over the past two years, a large number of financial penalties on people under the pretext of violating laws, the group’s own laws. Moreover, ISIS imposed (Zakat) tax on all movable and immovable property. Thus, Al Hosba Office is now one of the most important funding sources for the terrorist group.
A lot of stories, about embezzling the office by its own staff, have spread lately. The absence of surveillance over Al Hosba urged many employees to embezzle it.
All of that prompted ISIS, over the past week, to arrest many of its fighters and prosecute others. Moreover the group established a new office called (Where did you get this?) which is the same as control and inspection office due to the group’s doubts about its fighters after they have purchased houses and cars and transferred huge amounts of money outside the country.
According to RBSS reporter, last week, there was a clash between the new surveillance office staff and one of Al Hosba employees, in Dir’iyah neighborhood, Raqqa, which prompted ISIS to make checkpoints in the area and arrest a lot of its fighters.
As mentioned above, Al Hosba is one of the most important funding sources for ISIS. It is estimated that Al Hosba profits are 4 million dollars a day which urge its staff to embezzle it and reveal the real goals of the group.
