Defections from ISIS ranks abounded in recent, where the group surprised by the escape of a number of its members every day, these defections caused by several reasons, including:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1<\/span>. Throwing fighters in what seen by many a losing battles, such as the battles of northern Iraq and Ein Arab (Koban\u00ee), which led to lose hundreds of dead and wounded.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3<\/span>. The spread of favoritism and the exploitation of some members of their influence in favor of trade or collecting money.<\/strong><\/p>\n

4<\/span>. Ongoing factionalism within the group, where Iraqi and Syrian members are trying to neutralize the members of Arab Gulf nationalities.<\/strong><\/p>\n

5<\/span>. Doubts and suspicion of Western foreign members, where the group holds great suspicion that they are still linked with Western intelligence agencies.<\/strong><\/p>\n

6<\/span>. Many of local members have joined the administrative jobs in search of what enough to eat and live, because of poverty experienced by civilians inside the group hold areas, but they have been forced to join and go to combat zones later.<\/strong><\/p>\n

7<\/span>. The idea of emigrating to the territory of the Caliphate, where some foreigners come just to live there without participating the fighting, but the group wouldn’t allow that, where foreigners are the first to be sorted to the battlefronts.<\/strong><\/p>\n

All of this led many members to search for their ID cards, which have been forfeited by the group since they entered to Syria, causing arrest and death for many of them.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Members are looking for any person who has similar features to him, and dials ID card under the pretext of security measures, then asks the person to review the Hesba (Islamic police) to take back his ID, and after that the member exploits those papers and identity in order to escape, either to the areas controlled by Jabhat al-Nusra group or to Turkey.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The group has previously alerted residents not to give identity papers to whatever, and to demand the person who dials papers to go along with him to any headquarters, until those alerts reached to the pulpits of mosques.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Recently, people started carrying copies of their ID cards, after a lot of theft incidents of ID cards, to protect themselves from reprimands and rebukes when reviewing Hesba headquarters.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Floundering procedures and inability to adjust those cases, led the group to set up many barriers in the night by the Islamic police, where stops members of the group and inspects their work orders and the reasons for their presence in the city at night, and detains members who are fleeing fighting fronts or trying to escape from ISIS territories.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
