These strikes were not accurate; lots of civilians have been killed in these strikes.<br \/>\nRBSS documented three massacres since the beginning of the military campaign. In Jarnieh, Raqqa\u2019s western countryside, at least 50 civilians got killed. Another massacres happened in Al Abara and Al Msherfa in the northern countryside. The most recent one was in Maezela, northern Raqqa, where 28 civilians were killed. Not a single formal reply was reported by the attackers.<br \/>\nNo one apologized, no one admitted the error and no one promised not to do that again especially that the big battle is coming and it will be streets battle where the fight will move from neighbor to neighbor and we should not forget that ISIS banned people from fleeing the city. More than 400 thousand people are waiting for their unknown fate.<br \/>\nTalal Sillo, YPG spokesperson, announced that the first phase of Euphrates Anger was finished successfully and the second phase will start now. He did not mention the killed civilians at all, he asked the people of Raqqa to stay in safe places as if there is any safe place in Raqqa.
