\nThe terrorist group\u2019s losses have not stopped since the very beginning of 2016, started with losing Palmyra city for the regime army, losing Fallujah for the Shiite Iraqi Popular Mobilization, the northern countryside of Raqqa to the Kurdish forces and lately the group lost nearly a thousand kilometers to the FSA troops and the Turkish army in the Shield of the Euphrates.
\nIn spite of all these defeats, the group still controls wide areas in Syria and Iraq with all the petrol fields in these areas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n


\nAbu Muhammad Al Adnani, the previews spokesperson of ISIS who was killed by an air strike in Al Bab, Aleppo, announced the end of (remaining and expanding) and the return to the group\u2019s old status in the deserts.
\nISIS is fighting several armies and coalitions. First of all, the International Coalition, led by the US, which is consists of more than sixty countries and represented on the field by the Kurdish forces, second of all, the Russian army, who has a great hate towards jihadist since Chechnya and Afghanistan and recently the coalition between the Turkish army and the Free Syrian Army troops under the name of Shield of the Euphrates.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n


\nBut the real battle against ISIS has not started yet, because the battles are far from the group\u2019s capitals and Iraq and Syria. Mosul, as confirmed by US observers, would not be liberated in 2016. Raqqa on the other hand, is still far from all other forces, whether they were Kurdish forces in the North or the regime army in the south. Based on all that, the group\u2019s motto is partially correct, the group is remaining as long as Raqqa and Mosul remain under their control, but it is not expanding anymore.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n


\nIn the end, any expert in the history of wars can tell that the war against ISIS would not finish any time soon, especially after the critical sectarian issues in Iraq and the whole situation in the Middle East.
