He added: ISIS are seeking to limit the money only for him and take what the people own in addition to get use of the robberies by accusing other persons that ISIS could get used of it by creating a state of hostility and punish them for a guilt they didn\u2019t do, like this ISIS will appear as a protector to the city and it savior<\/p>\n

Abo Salem \u201cnickname\u201d a civilian from Raqqa city said to RBSS reporter: a members of Alhesba police came to me and asked me to donate for ISIS, and in each time they asked me to increase the amount, o told them that I can\u2019t because my financial state is limited, and that what made a state of resentment shown of them<\/p>\n

Abo Salem continued and said: after one week my car was stolen at night from in front of my house, when I tried to file a complaint to ISIS, they told me that it\u2019s a coincidence and divine punishment because I didn\u2019t donate for them and god will punish each one will not give money to \u201cAlmojahdine\u201d but they will investigate about the matter<\/p>\n

Abo Salem added: when I knew that ISIS who stole my car and it won\u2019t stop here, I sold everything I have and ran away from the city with my family in fear of that it might happen again, it also happened with a lot of people in Raqqa city who their cars were stolen and their shops, and ISIS were have the same answer they gave me<\/p>\n
