ISIS warned the people in that area that any one will fail of the registration will expose himself to legal accountability , and locate the registration of every village, confined to villages (Hazema , Khanez and Alrasheed) the also located the villages of the former ones and even the small of it.

There is a fear of that ISIS point of this procedure is to involve the youths of the northern countryside in battle and force them to carry weapons within its ranks in light of the approaching battle to control of Raqaa by the joint forces, which was formed for that an army will be called the “Army of the clans”, in order to attract the youths of the families of the area and urged them to join it.
This concern extends to Raqqa city whish ISIS started to register the name of its young men on deliberately under the pretext of obliging them to pray in the mosque at a time when many said that the aim is to oblige these young men to take up arms in subsequent periods perhaps, which pay a large portion of them to leave Raqqa.

Raqqa city is characterized by the lake of its youths who are belonging to ISIS who they tried hard to recruit them and recruit the children as a result of refusing the parents even friction with ISIS fighters and the rejection of families for their children who are involved in their ranks.
