Last week, SDF militias controlled over large parts of Al Safsafa eastern Tabqa city and by that they managed to tighten the siege on Tabqa city.
Almost 30 thousand civilians are still trapped inside the city and facing a very bad humanitarian, living and security conditions; for more than twenty days the city has no water and no electricity.
On the other hand, Tabqa city is suffering from a very bad health situation nowadays where there are only some medical points left and only three doctors only one of them is a surgeon. These medical points lack for the basic equipment.
In the same context, some families are still trying to flee out of the city from time to time but in most cases either ISIS, SDF or international coalition warplanes target them. Recently, SDF militias sniped Ahmed Al Rawi, 70 years old man, along with some of his family members while they were fleeing Tabqa, 40 other civilians sank in the Euphrates while trying to flee from ISIS controlled to SDF controlled areas.
On the other hand, the attacking troops have increased the rate of shelling over the city and its suburbs in an attempt to control the area without much of a direct engagement with ISIS and make the biggest dependence on the intensive shelling which has led to several massacres in the area.
People of Tabqa are facing the death if they stayed in the city and if they fled out of it, ISIS from inside the city, SDF and the international coalition from outside the city.
